Consultations are required in advance of your event to review all pertinent details to plan for a successful event, and are scheduled by-appointment.

For full service clients, we require initial consultation at least one full year in advance to adequately explore design ideas, engage vendors and contract services.  Of course, we are happy meet with you even earlier if you’ve gotten a head start, are having a very large or extensive celebration, or are planning a destination event.

For partial service clients, we require consultation between 8 to 12 months before your event date.

For day-of service, we require consultation between 8 to 12 months before your event date.
